Jacob Smilovitz
CO-FOUNDER
A strategic operator with deep experience across media, publishing, and finance, Jacob previously served as Principal at The Chernin Group, where he helped lead investments in media and consumer businesses, and as VP of Corporate Development at The New York Times, guiding acquisitions and long-term strategy. He was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for Media in 2018.
Jacob lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two young children.
Ross Hoffman
CO-FOUNDER
Ross brings decades of experience building and scaling organizations, focusing on operations and commercial growth. He was CEO of Goldin Auctions (sold to eBay), Global VP of Business Development at Twitter (joining as one of the first 150 employees, pre-revenue), and held leadership roles in business development at Google and YouTube.
Ross lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two young children.

Louis is a relationship‑driven operator with experience across sales, client management, and B2B services. Before joining Long Holding Company, he led strategic accounts at Panova, managed territory growth at BTL Industries, and built a top‑performing book of business at Worldwide Express.
Louis lives in Northern NJ.

DIRECTOR OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Ethan brings experience across investing, operations, and technology. He previously served on the investment team at Social Leverage, a seed-stage venture firm with early investments in companies including Robinhood and beehiiv, where he focused on sourcing, portfolio operations, and building internal AI tools.
Ethan lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
